“Massage is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. A way to come back and connect within yourself in a way that is tailored to what you really want and what your muscles and body need. It’s about physically and mentally feeling good and bonding with your therapist in a way that promotes a strong therapeutic relationship for your own wellbeing. My ultimate goal is to help reduce pain both mentally and physically. Let me help!”

Swedish Massage
The well-known traditional massage built for complete relaxation. The session is made for those who do not prefer deep pressure, and their main goal is long gliding strokes that provoke the neurotransmitters to relax the body.
Target Area Neuromuscular Therapy
Do you have specific pain in an area of your body that you just can’t kick? You would benefit from a session that identifies where the pain is coming from and targets the area with neuromuscular therapy. This is not a full body massage.
Myofascial Release Therapy
The new rage in treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles and releasing fascia. This work is at a very slow speed, sometimes holding a position for 5-10 minutes to affect the fascia surrounding the muscles.
Neuromuscular/Trigger Point/Deep Tissue
This work is meant for the individual who prefers deep pressure at a slow pace. This massage is good for sudden and chronic pain to a particular area of the body and targets trigger points throughout the whole body with a full body massage.
Hybrid Swedish and Neuromuscular
The best of both worlds offered in one session. Enjoy a full body Swedish Massage with targeted areas of neuromuscular therapy throughout the session.
Side Lying Massage
This massage is meant for those who cannot lay on their back or stomach for long periods of time or individuals with breathing difficulties. It is also a great massage to target muscles from a different angle for those who love to try something new. It is a very comforting position if you want to go to sleep or deeply relax during your treatment.
